The invoice asks for 50 organic pieces a month. 15 are already on the calendar, so 35 are left to make, and 32 of those need nothing from AIREI. Nothing is made, queued or put on the live board until you say yes.

Statics: which look for the LinkedIn picture posts?
It covers the pending LinkedIn and Facebook/Instagram picture posts, about 15. Our reviewer split on this one, so it is your call.
More details
Both keep the locked rules: real AIREI photos for people and mills, code-drawn type, the horizontal logo with its descriptor, and the data line wherever numbers appear.
Either way you see one sample per look first (B adds one reskin of each winner).
Reskinning winners everywhere was looked at and ruled out.

How do we count to 50?
This decides how many new pieces we make.
More details
One borderline case: the two 19 Nov anniversary albums (LinkedIn and FB + IG) are separate builds with their own captions but the same launch photos. I counted them as two. If you count them as one, the 11 Dec spare fills the gap.
Default if you leave it: Strict (as planned)

Can I draft the ask list for AIREI?
You send it, or tell me to. Three LinkedIn posts and the swaps depend on it.
What the list covers
The five levels (otherwise the swaps stay).
A written OK of the oil-drop mascot (they asked for the second mascot reel to go first on 29 Oct).
An engineer clip.
Founder words for a quote card.
The PHC customer clip.
Visit or event photos, plus OK to name who came.
A sharp thresher photo, by 20 Nov.
Hiring.
A native Malay reader for every BM line.

Who puts the articles on the website?
We have no access to the site. Someone at AIREI posted two articles on 27 Oct.

Optional: the earlier window's backlog (4 to 11 Nov)
Optional
Our default stands unless you change it. Leave this alone if it looks right.
Default if you leave it: Post it before 11 Nov (default)
The plan as a whole
Approve to start: words first, then one sample per look for you. Nothing is posted or sent to AIREI without your yes.

Each piece counts once, on its home line. A reel on IG, FB and TikTok is one AI video, not three posts. The 30 ad creatives a month are a separate lane and are not in these 50.
Facebook + Instagram reaches 8 only with three swap posts standing in for the "five levels" posts, which AIREI has not OK'd. The 27 Nov carousel also needs a thresher photo from AIREI by 20 Nov, or it moves.
Production queue35 pieces, 12 Nov to 11 Dec
LinkedIn has four rows marked "Needs AIREI"; we need any three of them.
Order of work: the words for every piece first, then one sample per look for you to see, then the rest by post date. The spacing checks (no two dark cards side by side on a feed) run again when the board is built, so a date may move by a day.

How each line gets made
CalendarExtend the board we already have. Each pending piece shows as a "planned" tile with a counter per line toward 50 (for example "LinkedIn 2 of 12"). A planned tile becomes the real one once it is made. AIREI approves everything on one board.
TikTokCarry on the "Kilang Sawit Pintar" slide series with a Malay narrator: Pt3 (made), Pt4, Pt6, Pt7. The lab piece is a brand-film clip if one exists, otherwise slides.
AI videosMascot EP2 on the same engine and character as the first five. The other one is a cut of real mill footage with a stock voice.
Website + SEOWe write each article in EN with checked facts; BM comes after a native read. We hand them over ready to paste, with images. The 4 earlier drafts that never went up get the same treatment.
Palm SchoolA stock Malay narrator over real station screens and real mill photos. Mr. Suren appears only in his own real photos or footage.
Long-form + lead magnetFollow Tricia's 23 Oct plan as written.
Our reviewer chose a method per line, asked twice with the options reversed and with a check question it passed. All picks matched both times except the statics, which is why that one is yours.
Catch-up before 11 Nov
The current window has more reels than the invoice asks for, and is short on website articles, the long-form, the lead magnet and Palm School. Several of those were made but never went out.
The earlier lead magnet ("Where does your mill stand?") stays held because it is built on the five levels. The Nov lead magnet does not depend on them.
The two articles posted on 27 Oct count in the current window either way.

What happens on your yes
BoardEvery pending piece goes on the AIREI calendar board as a "planned" tile, with a counter per line. You see it first; it goes live only when you say so.
One spec per pieceEach piece gets its own spec: date, line, words, look, photos, and an ad ID minted when its build starts.
Words firstAll captions, articles and scripts get the text checks, then a claim check. Malay lines wait for a native read.
Pictures, one look at a timeYou see one sample per look before the rest of that look is made.
VideosTikTok slides, the mill-footage video, mascot EP2 and the Palm School episodes, each checked frame by frame before you see them.
ApprovalEach finished piece replaces its planned tile for you to approve. Nothing is posted, sent to AIREI or put on the website without your yes.
The paid ads (30 a month) stay in their own lane and are not part of this plan.
Already handled
Tricia's plan predates the "never name Minsawi" rule. Her three Minsawi rows are reworded in the queue, and the numbers card carries the data line "Data : AIREI's Proven Smart Mill Project".
